As a registered provider with TheFill.In, the daily rates for staffing are as follows:
Dental Hygienist: $100 per day
Dentist: $200 per day
Dental Assistant: $60 per day
Front Office Staff: $60 per day
These rates cover all the services involved in matching skilled professionals to your practice, including recruitment, vetting, and placement. Payment is NOT required until after the work shift is completed. Only the Dental Office will pay the daily rate.
If you require a staff member for an extended period, simply notify us, and we’ll coordinate with the professional to ensure their continued availability. You will be billed at the daily rate for each day worked.
Upon signing up as a Dental Practice with TheFill.In, you will provide your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until the Dental Professional has worked that agreed upon shift. Once the service is completed, the payment will be processed automatically for the shifts worked.
Please note, the hiring Dental Practice is responsible for paying the hired Dental Professional for the agreed upon wage. The hiring Dental Practice is responsible for required record-keeping, coordination of completed W-9’s or W-4’s, any Federal or state specific forms of employment records, issuance of 1099’s and/or W-2’s, nor withholding taxes as required. These will be the responsibility of the hiring Dental Practice.
The Fill In, LLC will not issue payment to hired Dental Professionals, nor the required tax forms and/or withholding taxes.
We simply provide a forum to post employment opportunities by the Dental Practice and be a “match-maker” for the Dental Practice and potential Dental Staff.
If your credit card is declined, you are required to update your payment information and pay the outstanding balance within 7 days. An updated credit card must be provided for any future services.
